Job Description

LotusFlare is looking for a creative and energetic Office Assistant with opportunities for professional and career growth. This is a part-time position, 4 hours per day, flexible schedule (preferable from 10 am to 2 pm), 5 days work from the office (North York Centre Station, Toronto).Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant position preferably in an IT company (Administration, Office Manager, Personal Assistant)
  • Highly organized team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Initiative, creative mindset, and ability to suggest improvements
  • Upper-Intermediate English
Responsibilities:
  • Assistance to Office management and office-related projects
  • Participation in the organization of corporate events and clubs
  • Take participation in daily lunch management (Tracking employee attendance, coordinating with caterers, finding new restaurants)
  • Assistance to Operation and HR Managers in any administrative work etc.
  • Coming up with ideas and organizing team-building activities
  • Keeping the office in good working order - Stocking up on supplies and snacks, making sure all equipment is in good working order and that the office is in a clean and organized state.
  • Decorating during holidays and finding new ways to upgrade the look and efficiency of the space.
Would be a plus:
  • Previous experience in tech companies with start-up culture
  • Previous experience in office management and events planning
