Full job descriptionReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Manager of Operations will be a key member of the executive team.The successful candidate will lead a motivated operational team in managing all facets of the Company #39;s light oil operations including downhole maintenance, reservoir optimization, HSE, regulatory initiatives, developmental activities, labour management and the design and implementation of various value creation strategies.The candidate will be responsible for budgetary forecasting and the associated operational performance of the Companys assets while collaborating with the executive team and senior leaders to create a track record of technical excellence.A strong technical background with an extensive knowledge of production engineering, completions, well servicing and business development are a requirement for this position.Key responsibilities:
