Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) with the objective of becoming ISO 9001 certified.As a Quality Manager, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, and stakeholders to establish processes that drive continuous improvement and efficiency within our Canadian operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ISO 9001 implementation project, including gap analysis, process development, and certification readiness.
  • Develop and document quality policies, procedures, and work instructions in alignment with ISO 9001 and Egis global performance requirements.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to quality management processes.
  • Collaborate with business line leaders to integrate quality objectives into their operations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and process improvement.
  • Perform internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance and readiness for certification.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and facilitate corrective action programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with certification bodies and external auditors.
  • Maintain documentation and records in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
