You will be responsible for monitoring clients needs while implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, increasing policy sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Adopt product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and developing strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.
  • Provide insights to senior management on market opportunities, bringing feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance products is a plus.
  • Insurance license is required (without license are still welcome to apply - we assist in processing)
