We are looking for a Senior Director of Tax who will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related matters for the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and implementing effective tax strategies to optimize our financial performance and achieve business objectives.Why Work Here

About the Opportunity
  • Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on tax planning, compliance, and reporting matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and government authorities.
  • Advise management and other stakeholders in business transactions, projects, proposed M amp;A.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and above market teams and global tax to ensure tax considerations are incorporated into business decisions and transactions.
  • Conduct tax risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate potential risks
  • Lead a team responsible for preparing and reviewing tax filings, including corporate income tax returns, transfer pricing documentation etc.
  • Participate in and support tax audits and resolve any tax-related disputes or issues.
  • Be an active member of the Finance Leadership team whose role is to build a high-performing finance function fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and promoting continuous learning and growth.
About You
  • CPA, CA Designation
  • Completion of In-depth tax courses (or equivalent)
  • 12-15+ years of progressive Tax experience, with some Public Accounting experience. Experience in industry (preferred)
Salary Range$180,000 - $230,000/year
