Job Description

Job DescriptionDue to exceptional demand and growth within the Development team we are seeking a full-stack .NET Developer to work out of our Toronto office on an exciting new project. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic DevOps/Agile environment and be experienced with AWS.The position requires you to collaborate on requirements, produce appropriate software designs, generate development tasks, and work with the team to implement the solution.Reporting to a Development Team Lead, you will additionally work closely with Product Owners, Architecture, QA and Release Management.To apply for this role, in addition to having a proven technical background you must also have experience and track-record of working on enterprise-level applications. You will be joining a large team of diverse skills and experience and the job requires a motivated team member who is experienced in taking responsibility and can independently deliver results.You Will:

  • Understand and contribute to technical solutions from design through to code level
  • Ensure ongoing assistance for the application to continue without impacting business
  • Provide insight and direction to the evolution of the application from a technology perspective
  • Provide regular and effective progress updates to, and work closely with, the Product Owner and Scrum Manager to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
  • Assist with systems strategies and progression of any allocated objectives
  • Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
