Job DescriptionAnticipated Contract End Date/Length: 12 months contract with potential to extend*Hours: approx. 24-30 hours per month (approx. 6-7.5 hours per week; available for global meetings/sync ups)Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a remote, fractional basis. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, creative professional who thrives on working independently and thinking outside the box. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as an extension of the team, contributing to impactful B2B marketing campaigns that stand out in a competitive landscape.What you will do:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design creative assets across paid ads, website elements, digital media, and campaign collateral.
  • Develop both static and motion-based content, with a typical output being 50% static designs and 50% motion/animation (e.g., animated GIFs for social media).
  • Contribute to creative design concepting for campaigns and working closely with a strategy copywriter to craft bold, standout ideas.
  • Challenge briefs constructively and think beyond traditional B2B design approaches to ensure the creative output is engaging and differentiated.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines while introducing fresh, innovative perspectives to help the brand evolve.
  • Participate in weekly sync-ups with team/team manager to manage workflow and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.
