DNAstack is dedicated to advancing scientific discovery through collaboration, cutting-edge technology, and a commitment to privacy and data security.What You’ll DoAs Senior Program Manager, you will own the planning and execution of client projects that drive advancements in areas such as Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, and Autism. Reporting to the Director of Partners and Programs, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of contracted deliverables, maintaining strong client relationships, driving contract renewal and extension, and keeping projects aligned with strategic objectives.You’ll coordinate with internal teams across product, engineering, and design to prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution. You’ll also engage with executive leadership—both internally and within client organizations—to facilitate discussions, understand needs and pain points, and support decision-making.In addition to overseeing timelines and deliverables, you’ll manage budgets, track progress, and handle reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability. You #39;ll also anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and embed customer success best practices into project workflows.Your work will directly contribute to advancing cutting-edge research while ensuring efficient and effective collaboration between stakeholders.Who You AreYou’re a highly organized, detail-oriented program manager who thrives on keeping projects moving, ensuring teams are aligned and enjoys working with people.
