Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead and execute testing stXXgies across multiple large-scale and complex systems.
  • This role involves defining test strategies, creating and executing test plans, and ensuring quality across both Graphical User Interface (GUI) and non-GUI environments.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise-level testing, deep technical expertise in cloud technologies, Agile, and DevOps, as well as hands-on experience with accessibility compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on testing strategies, test plans, tool selection, and resource requirements.
  • Plan and organize testing efforts for large systems, including GUI and non-GUI environments.
  • Lead execution of systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT), including stress tests.
  • Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases; execute tests against various components.
  • CollaboXX with project teams, testing leads, and IT leads in analysis, design, development, implementation, and support phases.
  • Support quality assurance efforts through functional, non-functional, integration, load, and performance testing.
  • Create, review, and maintain testing documentation in alignment with structured methodologies.
  • Provide root cause analysis and resolution for defects and issues.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in process planning, organizing, and implementing testing efforts.
  • Expertise with Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency with Cloud technology (Microsoft Azure).
  • Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps and Microfocus ALM 12.5.
  • Hands-on experience with AODA compliance audit tools (AXE, WAVE).
  • Experience with systems such as Siebel (RLSO), ESDI, and other Ministry Applications.
  • Familiarity with Licensing and Control System (LCS) and legacy mainframe systems.
  • Experience with Payment Gateway MPG/EPS Services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Technical Skills:
  • ReadyAPI, Web Services, API, OPA, and Java Technologies.
  • Mainframe tools (TSO/SPF), IMS/DB2/SQL/Oracle Databases, UNIX.
  • .NET platform experience.
  • Test data creation for technical and business functional validation.
  • Knowledge of one or more automated testing tools.
  • Experience coding automated test scripts for COTS and custom systems.
XXrable Skills:
  • Knowledge of programming languages.
  • Experience with information retrieval packages.
  • Understanding of object-oriented testing methods.
  • Knowledge of Information Candidateagement principles, concepts, and practices.
  • Experience in small- and large-scale system testing planning.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with creativity and perseverance.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
