Job Description

  • Perform sales activities in a designated territory to increase market share and drive top line sales performance.
  • Recommend sales forecast, discount targets and budgeted expenditures.
  • Monitor deviations and initiate corrective action to achieve sales and profit (C2) goals.
  • Develop new potential customer product testing programs to demonstrate superior product performance.
  • Implement operational company policies and strategies consistent with approved procedures to provide for the achievement of company objectives.
  • Develop sales territory to ensure optimum market performance.
  • Develop total cost optimization programs with accounts to maximize customer savings and Sika product offerings.
  • Develop highly visual position in product specifications.
  • Analyze competition and be prepared to defend our sales position.
  • Ensure comprehensive territorial coverage through efficient account management, including driving up to 4,000 km/month, zoning, accurate field testing with detailed reports, effective time management, and activity reporting.
  • Perform any other related tasks while respecting Sika Canada Inc. #39;s quality assurance procedures.
