Job DescriptionUI/UX DesignerRemote Role, Anywhere in CanadaThe OpportunityWe are seeking a versatile and collaborative UI/UX Designer who thrives in a dynamic, iterative environment and can balance multiple projects simultaneously. As a key member of our product development team, you will work closely with market researchers, product managers, engineering, and external partners to translate user stories into effective, intuitive user interfaces that adhere to design principles and elevate the overall user experience. Your role will also encompass graphic design responsibilities to support sales and marketing teams with engaging visual content.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, adaptable designer who enjoys rapid iteration and making a tangible impact on a mature startup’s growth and product excellence.What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, market researchers, and stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and translate them into compelling and effective UI designs
  • Develop user interface concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that follow established design principles and align with product goals
  • Work iteratively with the product and engineering teams, incorporating feedback through multiple design cycles to refine solutions
  • Ensure smooth handoff of design assets and specifications to engineering for efficient implementation
  • Produce high-quality graphic design content to support sales and marketing initiatives, including presentations, digital assets, and branding materials
  • Maintain and contribute to internal design systems, style guides, and best practices
  • Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and responsiveness
