Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a valuable member of the Foodamp; Beverage Warehouse team, you will assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing and leading the warehouse area at the Scotiabank Arena, ensuring the delivery of winning fan service to all guests. You will be instrumental in supporting outstanding fan and staff relations.Please note the shifts for this role will vary and could be in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

  • Coach and motivate the Warehouse team.
  • Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory and order picking using our Inventory System.
  • Oversee the distribution of product throughout the building.
  • Ensure prompt and friendly service to internal customers with a “do what it takes” approach.
  • Resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively.
  • Assist the Foodamp; Beverage team in the smooth running of events.
  • Administer and maintain stock control.
  • Carry out the administrative functions pertaining to daily operations, hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, counseling and discipline, posting of invoices, transfers, and weekly inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with all related regulations, such as those pertaining to Healthamp; Safety and AGCO.
  • Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
  • Lead by example in team management and development, utilizing a “one team” approach; ensure departmental professionalism and winning vision are intact.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.
