Aiming to improve our home care service in Acadie Peninsular, and to expand business activities, Résidence Heritage de L’acadie is looking for a potential candidate to fulfill a position as Assistant Manager with the duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:· Assist manager with daily task performance at the home care· Assist manager in with food and ingredients inventory· Assist manager with meal preparation plan· Regular check the routine house cleaning· Perform all duties within the boundaries of the personal care policies and procedures· Perform daily duties at the home care while absent the manager· Transport client to doctor’s office, grocery store and other essential errands, if assigned· Follow a care plan for the client and follow up client’s satisfaction· Provides superior customer service to clients and their relatives· Administers care within regulated scope of practice· Communicates promptly any changes in client daily health· Provide necessary guidelines to maintain a safe and clean patient environment at the home care· Document patient client via the documentation system daily· Identify, develop, and participate in process improvement at the home care to ensure high quality service to clients· Provides physical and emotional support to the patient and family during the dying process· Completes and coordinates staff/client schedules in accordance with the client’s Care Plan· Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesCOMPETENCIES WE ARE SEEKING:
