We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, and has a good eye for detail. We require a person who enjoys working as part of a team and collaborating with others, and has the self motivation and leadership skills to run a small crew with minimal oversight from upper management. The ideal candidate would be able to work well under pressure (timelines and budget), have positive interactive skills, determination, and a willingness to work hard.Requirements:-Relevant experience in the landscape construction industry or a related field-Ability to read and execute landscape plans and specs-Valid class 5 license and clean driving record (and own transportation)-Ability to operate equipment (please specify experience when applying)-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsBeneficial skills and knowledge:-Knowledge and experience in installing retaining walls, paving stone, plant material, and sod-Knowledge and experience in constructing decks, patios, fences, gazebos, arbours, pergolas, etc.-Valid first-aid certificate-Ability to read and execute grading plans***-Approximately 40 hrs per week (dependent on weather and scheduling)-We strive for high productivity and provide bonuses based on performanceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 5-6 monthsSalary: $17.00-$25.00 per hourSchedule:
