We are looking for mature and responsible animal lovers to join our dog handling team!We are a busy dog boarding business, with an open concept environment allowing all the dogs the opportunity to play in a pack setting. If you have a passion for dogs- and a confidence to guide dogs under your care- then Dogs at Camp could be a rewarding work environment for you!We are looking to hire 1-2 new team members who have an interest in working full-time hours (30-40 hours, consisting of 4-5 shifts a week). We are open 7am-7pm, with most of the day spent in the outdoors regardless of season/ time of year. Camp operates all year round (365 days a year) which means holidays and weekends are required.The position entails lots of cleaning, extra services (trail hikes, toy/human affection time, treat/puzzle time, bathing, etc.), health check inspections, feeding, refreshing waters and bedding, and overall pack management/supervision.- Dog experience, both personal or professional, is an asset.- Must be graduated from Highschool.- Post Secondary Education within any animal care field is an asset.- Farm experience is an asset.- Candidates must live within 30-40 minutes of our location, with a reliable way to get to work as we are located in a rural area.- Must be capable of working outdoors in all weather.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.50 per hourBenefits:
