Job Description

In 1983, Choko Motorsports was established and began manufacturing snowmobile clothing. The demand for quality Choko product quickly grew and today, we are designing, manufacturing, and distributing apparel and accessories for the tractor, farming and automotive industries. We are proud of our roots and to be privately Canadian owned and operated.We are a team of creative, passionate, and entrepreneurial minds and are excited to grow our team with talented Inside Sales Representatives. If you are geared to achieve and sales get your motor running, we want to meet you!As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help drive sales to our existing customer base. There are opportunities to expand the customer base. You will be responsible for a specific territory within Canada representing multiple automotive and tractor brands. This role also includes road trips to your territory dealers twice per year, based on season product launches and pandemic protocols.You will:

  • Manage your territory, building relationships with dealers.
  • Order entry and processing into sales software, following up on outstanding orders and requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Identify and understand customer needs in order to recommend appropriate product and upsells.
  • Keep detailed notes of inbound/outbound calls for future follow up.
  • Provide details to other departments with regards to sales/marketing initiatives and new product ideas.
  • Have a strong knowledge of product lines inside and out to answer questions from territory customers.
What you bring:
  • Experience in Sales with proven track record of meeting targets and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A comfort level with sales quotas, with a strong desire to meet and exceed achievable targets.
  • Positive, entrepreneurial mindset with can-do attitude.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office programs including excel.
  • Bilingualism in French and English would be an asset.

  • Weekday business hours - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm *Some overtime/weekend may be required during busy season.
