Job Description

About Us Brighter Staffing Agency is a leading provider of high-quality staffing solutions across various industries, including aviation. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Aircraft Groomers to join our team and support operations at YVR AIRPORT Vancouver . Position Overview As an Aircraft Groomer, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of aircraft to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for passengers and crew. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins (seats, floors, windows, lavatories, galleys)
  • Restock cabin supplies (blankets, pillows, magazines)
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., change light bulbs, replenish lavatory supplies)
  • Vacuum, shampoo carpets, and wipe down surfaces
  • Remove and properly dispose of trash and debris
  • Inspect for damage or maintenance issues and report as necessary
  • Follow all aviation safety protocols and procedures
  • Maintain professional conduct when interacting with crew and passengers
Requirements
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as an Aircraft Groomer or in a similarcleaning/maintenance role
  • Understanding of cleaning and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent time-management and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
