Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaEmployment Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeAbout the OpportunityOur client is a physician-led healthcare organization expanding its presence with a newly launched clinic in one of Vancouvers established westside communities. This modern facility offers an excellent opportunity for a Family Physician or Specialist looking to join a supportive, team-oriented practice with room to grow. Physicians will have the flexibility to build their panel from day one, with strong infrastructure in place to support high-quality, patient-centered care.This is an ideal setting for physicians who value autonomy, streamlined administration, and the ability to shape their practice in a well-located and professionally managed clinic.Compensationamp; Practice Details

• Annual Income Potential: CA$250,000 to CA$650,000
• Fee Split: 70/30 (overhead included)
• Practice Options: Flexible bring your own panel, start fresh, or accept incoming walk-in patients
• Schedule: Flexible weekdays and optional weekends (9:00am5:00pm)
• No on-call or overnight shifts required

Clinic Environment

• Newly constructed clinic equipped with the latest exam room technology and digital infrastructure
• Spacious, private physician offices and fully equipped procedure rooms
• Paperless EMR system (CHR)
• Full administrative and clinical support including booking, billing, referrals, and licensed nursing staff
• Onsite access to allied health professionals and specialty services
• Pharmacy within walking distance for patient convenience
• Centrally located with easy access to public transit, major roadways, and residential neighborhoods

Patient Demographicsamp; Acquisition

• Opportunity to build a diverse patient panel

• Support with patient onboarding and walk-in volume during initial months
• Patient population includes:

  • Newcomers and multi-lingual households

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
• Certification in Family Medicine or a recognized specialty
• Open to working in a collaborative, community-focused outpatient environment
• Familiarity with CHR or equivalent EMR preferred
