Job Description

Job Summary:The Senior BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation and management of BIM models and related data, as well as developing and implementing BIM strategies and standards across the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture or engineering, as well as several years of professional experience in a related field.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards across the organization
  • Oversee the creation and management of BIM models and related data
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution
  • Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and related data
  • Collaborate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project success
  • Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in site visits and inspections
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
  • Lead the development and implementation of BIM training programs
  • Manage project documentation and schedules
  • Mentor and oversee the work of junior and intermediate team members
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master #39;s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead others
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and protocols
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing BIM strategies and standards
  • Experience in managing and leading a team
