Job Description

Job Summary:Our architecture office is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administration Coordinator to support our contract administration team. The Contract Administration Coordinator will be responsible for managing contract documents, coordinating contract approvals, and tracking project deliverables.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize contract documents, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules
  • Coordinate contract approvals and signatures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract deliverables and deadlines
  • Communicate with project teams to ensure that contract requirements are being met
  • Assist in negotiating and resolving any contract disputes
  • Collaborate with legal counsel as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the contract administration team
  • Other duties as assigned by senior management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with contract management software, such as Procore or Aconex
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
  • Understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles a plus
