Job Title: DermatologistLocation: Vancouver, British ColumbiaType: Part-time and Full-time PositionsWe are seeking medical and/or surgical Dermatologists to join a growing team in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. This position involves full-time or part-time clinical duties at our clinic #39;s stunning new flagship location in Coal Harbour. Situated on the seawall, this iconic facility offers panoramic views of one of the most sought-after and visually stunning regions in downtown Vancouver. Offering lucrative performance-based billing and equity/profit sharing potential. Relocation support available.ROLE OBJECTIVES:The Dermatologist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Provide professional patient care at all times and provide a friendly and inviting environment for patients • Conduct patient skin assessment, treatment planning and implementation, evaluation of treatments for effective outcomes • Provide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patients • Perform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of care • Assist with coaching nursing team to be able to provide effective patient care • Participate in training and education opportunities provided by the company • Adhere to company policies and protocols • Work with marketing team to build and promote personal social media presence • Utilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employeesThe group #39;s practice model is designed for maximum efficiency, which includes affording each clinician with:
