About the role:OceanaGold is seeking a motivated Vancouver-based Executive Assistant to work along our EVP, General Counselamp; Company Secretary and her direct reports.In addition, this position will also provide administrative support for the Board of Directors and Board meetings.This is an exceptional opportunity to build your career with a highly regarded mid cap mining house with one of the best organic growth pipelines and highest governance standards in the gold mining industry.Key tasks and responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Counselamp; Company Secretary, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, managing expenditure and supporting travel requirements.Coordinate Board and Board Committee meetings, including meeting scheduling, administering Diligent Board books, uploading meeting materials, preparing itineraries, arranging logistics etc.Provide Board meeting related administrative support to the Board of Directors, including expense management, travel co-ordination (through external travel agent).Provide administrative support to the direct reports of the General Counselamp; Company Secretary.Assist with and co-ordinate annual reporting.Assist with simple document preparation including populating relevant documentation for e-signatureManage corporate filings with regulators (TSX and securities regulators).Maintain legal files and company registers, archiving of records, ensuring all files and documentation are well referenced and highly organised.Assist with financial and budget management, including expense tracking and invoice processing.Relieve in other administrative positions at Corporate Office during periods of leave as required.Perform other reasonable duties as required.
