  • Drive the transformation of our long-term care site, ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission and values.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that empowers our dedicated team.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including budget management and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • BCCNM Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) with 3 years leadership experience in care home administration or leadership;Proven track record of successful leadership in healthcare; Innovative thinker with a commitment to integrity and ethical practices; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
