Job Description

️ Job Opening: Hybrid Automation Specialist (Make.com Expert) Location: Hybrid Vancouver, BC (Remote + On-Site Meetings) Type: Freelance or Part-Time Industry: Cleaning, Staffing, Immigration Compensation: Based on experienceAbout the Role Were seeking a smart, resourceful, and technically skilled Automation Specialist to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Make.com (formerly Integromat) automations to streamline operations and drive lead generation across three service-based businesses:

  • Brighters Cleaning Professional cleaning services
  • Brighter Staffing Employmentamp; recruitment services
  • HereBy Immigration Immigration consultingamp; support
This role is hybrid, so youll work primarily remotely, but well occasionally meet in Vancouver for planning sessions, project updates, or system walkthroughs.Key Responsibilities
  • Build Make.com workflows for:
    • Lead capture from Facebook Ads, Google Adsamp; website forms (Contact Form 7)
    • Email/SMS follow-ups via Gmail, Mailchimp, or Twilio
    • Internal team notifications (Slack, Gmail, or SMS)
    • Google Sheets or CRM syncing (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
  • Automate tasks like:
    • Consultation bookings
    • Document uploadsamp; resume tracking (Brighter Staffing)
    • Weekly reporting of incoming leads
  • Monitor, test, and improve scenarios continuously
  • Meet occasionally (12x/month) with leadership in Vancouver to review systems
Requirements
  • Strong experience building Make.com (Integromat) workflows
  • Knowledge of integrations like:
    • Contact Form 7 / WordPress
    • Google Sheets / Gmail
    • HubSpot, Mailchimp, Airtable
    • Twilio (SMS) or Slack
  • Logical thinker with good documentation habits
  • Based in or near Vancouver, BC
  • Excellent communicator with an ability to explain systems clearly
  • Bonus: Familiarity with service-based industries like cleaning or staffing
