Your New Role and Team Sanctuary-a multi award-winning LinkedIn Top Startup company-is seeking a Software Co-op student. Reporting to the ML Operations Lead, you #39;ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the process of training, testing, deploying and optimizing the machine learning models that power our general-purpose robots. The best candidates for this role have excellent software development and machine learning skills and hand-on experience in model deployment and optimization. You #39;ll be a valued contributor as you learn to automate and test model training and deployment to drive continuous improvements in our robotic systems. Our Success Criteria

Your Experience

Qualifications and Skills Pursuing or completing a bachelor #39;s degree in computer science or a related technical field Strong programming skills in Python Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow and PyTorch Experience with training and deploying machine learning models Familiarity with ML Ops platforms such as Weightsamp; Biases or ClearML Familiarity with robotics (ROS) Traits Above all else, a consistently positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to create robust solutions to complex problems Optimistic listening and conflict resolution capabilities Demonstrated ability to influence others without authority Eager to take on new challenges with tenacity and positivity Patience, persistence, and attention to detail when resolving performance issues Obsession with bringing human-like intelligence to machines $1,850 - $2,650 semi monthly Compensation: At Sanctuary, we provide above average total compensation.
