On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Business Process Analyst/Delivery and Deployment Analyst to join our Client #39;s team on a contract basis. This role is Hybrid and the Client is based in Vancouver, BC.Summary of the Role:The Business Process Analyst / Delivery and Deployment Analyst will support the onboarding of a new unit into a Lifelong Learning Information System (LLIS), built on the Modern Campus platform. The Analyst will map business processes for a niche unit, focusing on English Language Learning offerings for diverse learners.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

• Translate fragmented business operations into structured, LLIS-ready artifacts.
• Deliver detailed integration specifications for cross-platform connectivity (Canvas, Workday, Identity systems, Salesforce).
• Design actionable configuration packages for complex educational scenarios such as Homestay coordination and Credit Pay processing.
• Develop a deployment strategy and environment management plan ensuring minimal disruption.
• Create and implement a comprehensive test and validation framework to support rollout and production stability.

Core Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering system-ready configurations and deployment plans in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise across platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Canvas, and identity systems.
• Experience translating diverse business operations into deployable configurations.
• Ability to create cross-system integration documentation.
• Capability to manage deployment strategies in multi-tenant system environments.

Desired Skillsamp; Experience:

• Familiarity with Modern Campus platform.
• Experience in the higher education sector.
• Background in non-credit/lifelong learning systems.
• Exposure to learning management systems like Canvas.
• Understanding of operational practices within educational institutions.

Terms:This is a 6-month contract position ending in December 2025, with a possible 3-month extension to support hypercare. The role follows a hybrid work model: one day per week onsite until December, with an anticipated shift to 50% onsite from January onward (subject to change).
