What You’ll Do As a Flexologist, you’ll:
  • Lead one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes) tailored to individual client needs
  • Perform initial mobility assessments and build custom stretch programs
  • Educate clients on functional movement, posture, and recovery techniques
  • Document client progress and deliver ongoing guidance and support
  • Work closely with a passionate team focused on health, wellness, and positive change
Qualifications Required:
  • Degree or coursework in:
    • Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or related field
  • A passion for human movement and client well-being
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience working with clients in a movement or rehab setting
  • Certification in Personal Training, Massage Therapy, or a related modality
  • Experience in group or one-on-one coaching, corrective exercise, or movement screening
