Job Description

We #39;re hiring a Project Manager/Program Manager for a high-impact, fully remote role supporting one of our Fortune 500 clients. In this role, you #39;ll help manage and drive cross-functional product development initiatives from start to finish. This is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your organizational and communication skills will shine.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate product development projects across multiple teams
  • Own and manage project schedules, track milestones, and report progress
  • Prepare for, lead, and follow up on meetings
  • Write clear and concise communications for project stakeholders
  • Create and maintain internal documentation (e.g., Wiki pages)
  • Identify and track issues through to resolution
  • Juggle shifting priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of projects or programs
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and documentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling tools
  • Experience working across multiple teams and projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Airtable and Wiki tools (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
