The specialist will play a key role in the organizations recruitment, and employee and community relations. Above all, we are looking for a positive, dynamic change agent who will enhance the employee experience.Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for the company.
  • Visit schools and build relationships using the various programs in the area.
  • Attend networking events. Build and maintain relationships with community members.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and organize events and volunteers to further the mission and goals of the company.
  • Organize community outreach programs and coordinate special events that will influence public opinion or promote company products, services, or ideas.
  • Use social media to coordinate community relations. Write and distribute/publish various pieces of content that promote the company, as well as individuals or groups within the company.
  • Select positive publicity materials and distribute them through various channels. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of employees.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Communication, or other related field and 2-5 years of work experience.
