Job Description

Kenworth Ontario is currently looking to add a Bilingual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to our vibrant team at our Ottawa location. Note: Access to public transport is not available.Perks Offered in this role:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone calls and direct to the appropriate staff or take messages when required
  • Assist Accounts Receivable in letter preparation, collection calls, and data entry
  • Provide additional administrative support to Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Controller and Dealer Principals as required
  • File records and documents as needed
  • Type letters and documentation assigned
  • Other duties as required
Job Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid Drivers license
  • The ability to use a computer effectively
  • Comfortable talking on the telephone and greeting customers
  • Previous receptionist experience, or office experience preferable
  • Must have transportation
  • Bilingualism
