Job Description

Louis W Bray Construction is actively hiring for an experienced Tri-Axle Truck Driver to join our team and assist in the completion of complex, Heavy Civil Construction projects in the Ottawa area.Job Description

  • Delivering materials to and from job sites within the City of Ottawa (no long hauls) all year round.
  • Operating vehicles in accordance with MTO requirements as well as local, municipal, provincial and federal laws.
  • Navigating driveways, alleyways, parking lots, high traffic roadways and construction sites.
  • Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment and document checks on standard Vehicle Inspection Report (VIR).
Requirements & Knowledge Needed to Succeed
  • Valid Ontario DZ Drivers License & Clean Drivers Abstract
  • Minimum of 3 years experience driving Tri-Axle Dump Trucks
  • Experience in the Civil Construction Industry is a strong asset
  • Geographical knowledge of the Ottawa area is a strong asset
  • Understanding of the ELD system is a strong asset
