Job Description

Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team specializing in the supplements industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling supplements and a deep understanding of the health and wellness market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.This position will be a fully remote role.Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Identify and target potential customers in the health and wellness industry, including retailers, gyms, health food stores, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.
  • Business Development:
    • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
    • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our supplement products, including their ingredients, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
  • Reportingamp; Analysis:
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
    • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the supplements or health and wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of supplements and the health and wellness market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be self-driven and a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with B2B sales.
  • Established network of contacts in the supplements or health and wellness industry.
  • Knowledge of dietary and nutritional supplements regulations.
