What you will be doing:Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Operation and maintenance of core building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and building automation systems.
  • Responding to all guest and colleague maintenance issues in a timely fashion
  • Assisting other Maintenance colleagues as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
