Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients with accurate quotes and help them understand the details of the policy and premium structure.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable returning for future needs.
  • Participate in virtual training sessions, webinars, or other professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge in the insurance field.
  • Willing to complete LLQP course
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
