Job description:Edison College Canada, established in 1973, is accredited and recognized by The Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. Being a student-centered institution, our mandate is to offer in-demand programs with excellent employment outcomes, and we have now expanded our offerings to include programs in Health Sciences.Edison College is currently looking for a highly competent, exceedingly creative, and exceptionally motivated Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize the College’s marketing programs with the aim of enhancing the college’s branding, refining communications with clients, increasing lead generation, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing channels, a strong understanding of higher education marketing, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

  • Planned and executed comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Manage content creation and distribution, including overseeing graphic design, video, and copywriting resources.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Promote brand awareness through innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Use SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions and Academic departments to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals.
  • Managing all marketing activities in line with the marketing objectives of the College.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Develop and implement online and print marketing, advertising and branding strategies based on new and emerging industry trends to improve overall lead generation campaigns and increase conversion.
  • Develop and implement different highly effective outbound marketing campaign strategies to reach the target audience.
  • Create a network with different organizations and communities for brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Manage overall trade shows and events planning in and outside the college.
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate the success of marketing, advertising, and branding campaigns, trade shows, and events.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing and other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of related experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a private college setting.
  • Expertise in direct marketing, market segmentation, and marketing research.
  • Expertise in different strategies to increase lead generation.
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and the ability to reach them.
  • Must be creative and innovative, personable, and an excellent writer and communicator.
  • Must have excellent teamwork skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle and manage competing priorities while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExpected hours: 40 hours per week.Schedule:
