As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Marrion Village, you’ll join a collaborative, experienced care team, delivering compassionate, personalized care while enjoying a fulfilling career. This role offers flexible weekend shifts, minimal paperwork, and a chance to blend clinical expertise with meaningful resident connections.About The Role This part-time LPN position is perfect for nurses seeking work-life balance with flexible weekend hours (morning or evening shifts on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). You’ll support a dedicated care team in our Assisted Living environment, focusing on resident well-being and clinical oversight. With a manageable workload, you’ll have time to build relationships and make a real impact.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Island Health’s case manager to update resident care plans.
  • Support the care team in daily routines, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Lead and mentor the team on best clinical practices in Assisted Living.
  • Maintain accurate documentation per care standards.
  • Work alternating weekend shifts with a consistent, flexible schedule.

Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized nursing school (LPN Diploma).
  • Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living (preferred).
  • Availability for consistent weekend shifts.
