Job Description

Our client located in South Calgary is seeking a Part-time Accounting Assistant. This is a permanent part-time position reviewing a high volume of invoices. If you have the skills and background suited for this position, don’t wait to apply – we are hiring right away! Responsibilities:

  • Code and enter Accounts Payable invoices
  • Enter Accounts Receivable invoices
  • Collection calls and processing customer payments
  • Maintain records and files
  • Answer phones, mail, courier and other office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Accounting/Business Diploma, Certificate or Degree would be well regarded
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
