Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials for earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop key messaging and ensure consistent communication of the company #39;s strategy and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that may impact investor perceptions.
  • Manage the content and updates for the investor relations section of the company website.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and other events.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on investor sentiment, market perceptions, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and provide them with necessary information.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, annual reports, and other financial communications.
  • Manage crisis communications related to financial matters.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in investor relations, preferably in [specific industry if applicable].
  2. Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise messaging for various audiences.
  5. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Experience with investor relations software and tools.
  8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Mandatory:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) Understanding of SEC filing requirements Experience with investor relations platforms (e.g., Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight)Benefits You #39;ll have direct access to the founders and key decision-makers in a start-up environment.
