Job Description

Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team in a full-time capacity. This position supports the operations of the company by collecting past-due accounts in a manner which is courteous and professional. If you have previous experience in a collections position - apply now! We’re hiring right away for this position.Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers on past-due accounts to collect payment.
  • Maintain professional and detailed correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate data entry to maintain running logs of correspondence and status of accounts.
  • Facilitate and document any payment arrangements with customers.
  • Prepare files, respond to general inquiries.
Requirements:
  • 2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with French as well as English would be well-regarded.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Highly analytical, problem-solver who takes initiative.
