Job Description

Our client in SE Calgary is an industry-leading transportation and supply-chain company, and they are looking for a Data Entry Clerk for their PM shift who will respond to client inquiries and requests, and ensure shipments are meeting deadlines. This is a permanent position, so if you are looking to build your career within a supportive work environment, apply now! Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client complaints and questions in a professional manner
  • Creating freight bills as needed
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Manage customers #39; accounts, updating information as needed
  • Creating manifests for outbound shipments
  • Scanning and filing
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience working in an office environment is required
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, spoken and written
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
