Job Description

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Hospitality Coordinator to join their team in a full-time capacity. Do you enjoy supporting customers, providing product and service information, resolving issues as they arise Do you have a knack for conflict resolutions, bringing a calm demeanor to potentially emotionally charged situations If you answered “Yes” to these questions, read on! Responsibilities:

  • Set up catering in boardrooms and for client events
  • Serves foodamp; beverages to guests
  • Replenishes food and beverage and maintains cleanliness
  • Cleans equipment, storage areas, wipes down tables, and whiteboards
  • Assists clients in menu selection and placing orders
  • Confirms catering requests
  • Request IT set up and assistance for clients
  • Provides excellent customer service, maintaining a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients etc.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a server or in a food service-related role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of food safety procedures and able to obtain a food safety certification
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work well independently
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Meticulous, with strong attention to details
