Komat Drilling Ltd. is seeking a full-time yard attendant to join our growing operations team in Wainwright, Alberta. Komat Drilling Ltd. (“Komatâ€) is a pre-set drilling company that has been in business for over 18 years. Komat has field offices in Medicine Hat, Wainwright, and Kindersley with operations across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. The company is experiencing a growth phase as it begins to offer more turnkey services.Position SummaryThe Yard Attendant works in our Wainwright location on a fulltime permanent basis and assists the Field Supervisor in general upkeep of the shop, yard, and equipment.Position Wage: $25-30 per hourSummary of Duties (including but are not limited to): · Organize parts and shipping to the rigs· Assist with repair and maintenance of drilling rig equipment· Hot shotting of parts to rigs· General upkeep, organization, and maintenance of the yard· Comply with all safety, health, and environmental policies· Some weekend work may be requiredSkills and Experience: · Previous drilling rig experience an asset· Class 5 license a must, Class 1 an assetKomat Offers: · Competitive wages· Benefits including health and dental· Ongoing training and developmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $25.00-$30.00 per hourAdditional pay:
