Job Description

Legacy Auto Credit is an in-house leasing company that specializes in leasing vehicles and equipment to consumers and Corporations.We have a position available for a friendly, energetic, well-organized, honest, reliable, responsible, and career minded individual to join our growing team.Job DescriptionThe main duties of this position will be administration tasks for the lease portfolio and assisting collections.This role is crucial to the organization as you would be assisting with funding of the leases, registration of liens, payment changes and confirming insurance coverage.Experience

  • Some banking or finance experience would be an asset
  • Very proficient with systems, CRMs, software programs, web-based applications and computers
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suit and Google Applications
  • Have a can-do attitude, willing to identify tasks that have not been assigned, anticipate subsequent steps to tasks and ensure completion/follow-through
  • Experience in Office Administration and Collections is considered an asset
Qualifications:
  • Some post-secondary is considered an asset
  • Office administration (minimum 1 yr)
  • Collection experience (1 yr)
  • Must be fluent in English with strong writing skills
  • Ability to listen to understand
  • Attention to detail
