Job Description

The ideal server will have a passion for excellence in guest service and a strong background in formal dining. They will be expected to function within a team environment and provide a world class formal dining experience for our guests.

  • Serve food and beverage items.
  • Consult guests with wine choices.
  • Clear tables and return equipment to their respective areas.
  • Greet and seat guests at the direction of the supervisor or manager
  • Inform supervisor of any problems or feedback
  • Keen awareness of guest allergies and dietary restrictions
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1.Must possess outstanding, pro-active guest service skills, a professional presentation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2.Friendly, enthusiastic, and have a sales-oriented personality
  • 3.Work well under pressure and as part of a professional team.
  • 4.Previous food and beverage experience in a high-volume establishment.
  • 5.Must possess strong food, beverage and wine knowledge
  • 7.Must have formal food and beverage training
  • 8.Extensive knowledge in wine and spirits sale
  • 9.Must have at least 4 years of practical experience in formal restaurant environment
