Job Description

A premier supplier of slow and high-speed handpieces and after-market parts dedicated to providing high-quality products and unparalleled customer service to the North American dental market is hiring an Ontario Sales Representative. The selected candidate will drive sales growth by proactively building relationships with dental professionals, service technicians, and dealers to uncover new business opportunities.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seek new business opportunities within the assigned territory (Ontario, excluding Ottawa).
  • Meet and exceed sales-related targets.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Participate in dealer meetings and co-travel with dealer reps.
  • Conduct sales calls to dental offices and maintain detailed CRM logs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealer sales and service representatives.
  • Work closely with management to execute dealer and sales incentive programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders.

EDUCATIONamp; TRAINING
  • University degree or equivalent industry experience.
WORK EXPERIENCEamp; ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
  • Dental industry experience.
SKILLSamp; COMPETENCIES
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Social media skills are an asset.
  • French-speaking is an asset but not required.
OTHER
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
  • Overnight travel may be required.
  • Must already reside in the Greater Toronto-Hamilton area and be legally permitted to work in Canada.
