Waterloo Manufacturing is a boiler sales and service company and is the only Authorized Cleaver Brooks representative for all of Ontario. We are currently looking for a Apprentice Service Technician to join our Waterloo Service team.Responsibilities· Respond to scheduled service calls with a Welder / Service Technician· Complete detailed onsite service report, authorized by onsite customer contact before leaving the site and submit to service manager upon return to Office· Update service manager after each closed call· Share job knowledge and experience with coworkers as required and provide feedback when requested· Comply with Health and Safety Regulations and Training· Adhere to each customers company Safety Policy· Present a professional and courteous manner in adherence to the company Code of Conduct with both customers and co-workersRequirements· Relevant work experience· Drivers Licence – clean abstract· High School DiplomaWe offer a competitive wage commensurate with experience, and an excellent benefit package, including company-paid RRSP contributions, training opportunities and excellent work/life balance.
