Job Description

Salon Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all salon operations and provide leadership and tools for success
  • Possess skills in basic nail work or be willing to learn
  • Schedule appointments and staff shifts
  • Manage and lead a team of employees
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Address customer concerns and complaints and maintain client loyalty
  • Plan and control budget and inventory
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies
Salon Manager Qualifications:
  • Lead by example and maintain high levels of professionalism
  • Develop and train team members and provide guidance on business and technical matters
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Be proficient in administrative tasks and basic math skills
  • Consistency and reliability are essential qualities we look for in our team members.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00-$19.00 per hourBenefits:
