Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Reporting to the Director, Business Integration, the Business Integration Manager supports the implementation and change management of business processes within Canadian Document Services (CDS). This includes launching new CDS and/or supplier products and services and transitioning work from other businesses.Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage a team of Change Integration Specialists; responsible for hiring, managing demand and capacity and managing their performance.
  • Develop strategic plans for areas of responsibility and participates in departmental, intra divisional and companywide projects as well as road mapping for CDS Services.
  • Review Business Partner product/service needs, provide solution options to meet the need, monitor the initiative through the integration lifecycle and ensure implementation is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations.
  • Develop processes and tools used throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Identifies and drives continuous improvements.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
