Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.The Client Activation Coordinator supports a growing program that enables advisors to proactively engage Clients and grow their business. You’ll be part of a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven team of professionals, who have a recognized brand within our advisory channel. This role will support the development and delivery of our national program, program measurement and asset retention.Preferred skills

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or communication-related field
  • Two+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development role
  • Bilingualism (French, English) required- support tasks for an English-speaking team outside Quebec
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of new campaigns and tools, managing completion to deadlines.
  • Contribute to the ideation, brainstorming and feedback of campaign approach and tactics.
  • Provide feedback on campaign design and communications.
  • Coordinate necessary approvals, translation, production, and digital publication needs.
  • Track and create campaign performance to goals reports and identify underperforming tactics.
  • Manage advisor communication development and deployment through various mediums.
  • Monitor the team email inbox, responding to questions from the field and internal partners, as well as triaging requests where needed.
  • Manage the program asset inventory, including maintaining version history, approval documentation, feedback, and future ideas/enhancements.
  • Provide administrative support including creation and maintenance of process documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.
  • Support other ad hoc requests as needed.
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
