A self-motivated individual who will deliver value to the team through ownership & initiative, with solid work ethic.Job Duties:

  • Performing system integration and installation on equipment to meet the customer’s performance requirements.
  • Develop relationships and work closely with our customers, sales, customer service, engineering and manufacturing personnel.
  • Instruct customer personnel in the safe operation and maintenance of newly installed or rebuilt equipment.
  • Provide project documentation and updates about ongoing and completed activities and following the standards that are provided.
  • Participate in in-house rebuilds and prepare for field installation.
  • Provide remote phone assistance to customers as needed.
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Assist other personnel as necessary to maintain proper workflow through department.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the service/machine building.
  • Knowledge of general packaging equipment and packaging lines.
  • Knowledge of labeling equipment would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of electrical, PLC programs, VFD controls required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Valid passport with no restrictions.
  • Able to travel globally with mainly in North America.
